Scope of Work
a. The client agrees to provide a clear and detailed description of the project requirements and goals.
b. The freelancer agrees to deliver the services outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract.
Payment Terms
a. The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered by the freelancer.
b. Payment terms, including the amount, method, and schedule of payments, will be specified in the proposal or contract.
c. Any additional expenses incurred during the project will be communicated and approved by the client in advance.
Intellectual Property
a. The client retains ownership of any pre-existing materials provided for the project.
b. The freelancer retains ownership of any pre-existing materials, templates, or tools used in the project.
c. Upon project completion and final payment, the client will own the rights to the delivered work, unless otherwise specified.
Revisions and Changes
a. The client agrees to provide clear and timely feedback and approvals during the revision process.
b. The freelancer will accommodate a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed-upon scope of work.
c. Any changes or additions to the project scope may require additional fees and will be documented in writing.
Timelines and Deadlines
a. Both parties agree to adhere to the agreed-upon project timeline and deadlines.
b. Delays caused by the client, such as late feedback or failure to provide necessary materials, may impact project completion dates.
Confidentiality
a. Both parties agree to treat all project-related information as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
b. The freelancer may use the client's name or project details for promotional purposes with the client's permission.
Termination
a. Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if there is a material breach of the terms and conditions.
b. Termination of the agreement will not relieve the client's obligation to pay for the services rendered up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
a. The freelancer will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered work.
b. The freelancer's liability will be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between the client and the freelancer regarding the agreed-upon services. By engaging in the project, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
